My special udon

Today, I will introduce my special udon to you. At first, I cook this kind of udon for dinner with Rachel. But both of us thought it is delicious, so, I cook it two to three times every week. I think I can share the easy cook and delicious udon to you!

First, the basic stuffs. They are frozen udon, some vegetables(what ever you like), fish balls, miso soup bags, corns and green beans.

Then, boil some water. Until the water boiling, boil the fish balls and vegetables quickly because if I cook them for a long time, they will not keep fresh.

                                 

After boil fish balls and vegetables. It is time to cook the most important thing–udom. Boil the udon until them float on the water. When the udon ready, put all the things in a bowl. They are look good, aren’t they?

                                 

Now, I have already finished half of the steps. The udon and side dishes are ready. Next, I am going to prepare the soup for the udon. Actually, I don’t know how to make miso soup, but we are living in a convenient world. I bought some miso soup bags at Uwajimaya market. Put six cups of water in the pot and boil it, and wait it boiling.

Final step! Put the hot soup into the bowl and make the udon and side dish warm again and eat it!

I am proud of this udon because I think it is good. It doesn’t cost a lot of money and it tastes good. I am interested in find out some new and delicious food, if I have other experiences, I will also share them to you!
